Our Methodology

How every engagement begins

Whatever service you require, the first step is always the same: an initial conversation in which we listen carefully before offering any opinion. We ask about the specific circumstances, note the relevant details, and then give you a candid assessment of what the process involves.

If the matter falls clearly within our scope, we prepare a written engagement summary before any fees are collected. That document covers what we will do, what the timeline looks like, and what the fixed fee includes.

What every engagement includes

1

Initial conversation

We listen, ask clarifying questions, and assess your situation before committing either party.

2

Written scope summary

A document confirming what is covered, the timeline estimate, and the fixed fee — before work begins.

3

Named solicitor assigned

One practitioner manages your file throughout — you always know who to contact.

4

Regular updates

We respond within one business day and proactively update you at each meaningful stage.

5

Completion documentation

A final document package confirming what was done, filed, or distributed.

Service 01

Probate & Estate Administration

From SGD 2,500 — Fixed fee for defined scope

Administering a deceased person's estate in Singapore involves a sequence of legal applications, institutional correspondence, and formal accounting. For executors and family members managing this during a period of personal loss, the administrative load can feel overwhelming.

Mivella manages the entire process on behalf of the executor or administrator — from the initial Probate Registry application through to the final distribution report — so that those involved can focus on what matters more.

Service 02

Consumer Dispute Advisory

SGD 420 — Fixed fee for defined scope

Most consumer disputes are resolved before they reach a tribunal — but only if the claimant approaches the matter with the right documentation and a clear understanding of their position. Mivella's consumer advisory service is designed around this reality.

We assess your claim, help you structure your correspondence to the other party, and prepare you thoroughly for the Small Claims Tribunal or a mediation session if the matter goes that far.

SGD 900 — Fixed fee for defined scope

Singapore has a well-developed framework for non-profit organisations — societies registered under the Societies Act, companies limited by guarantee under ACRA, and charities registered with the Commissioner of Charities. The right structure depends on your purpose, membership model, and fundraising plans.

Mivella advises on which structure suits your organisation, drafts the necessary constitutional documents, and handles all regulatory filings through to confirmation of registration. You receive a governance handbook and compliance overview to help you run the organisation correctly from the start.
