Payment Terms
Fees for our services are as set out in the relevant engagement documentation.
- Fees are quoted and payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- Payment terms will be specified in the engagement letter provided before work commences
- Disbursements (court fees, filing charges, third-party costs) are billed separately unless stated otherwise
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and such other methods as may be communicated
Refund policy: Fees for work already undertaken are non-refundable. Where an engagement has not yet commenced, we will discuss a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis. Disbursements already paid to third parties cannot be recovered.
Fees are subject to GST where applicable under Singapore tax legislation.
Service-Specific Terms
Probate & Estate Administration
Timelines of six to sixteen weeks are typical but may vary depending on estate complexity, court scheduling, and responsiveness of third-party institutions. We will communicate any material changes to the expected timeline as they arise.
Consumer Dispute Advisory
Our advisory covers claim assessment, correspondence strategy, and preparation for Small Claims Tribunal or mediation. We do not provide representation at hearings as part of the standard service unless separately agreed. Outcomes are subject to the applicable tribunal's discretion and cannot be predicted.
Non-Profit & Charity Registration
Registration timelines of four to eight weeks are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant regulatory authorities, including the Registry of Societies and the Commissioner of Charities. We will assist with responses to regulatory queries within the scope agreed.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing reasonable written notice. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations, including payment for work completed prior to the termination date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website for users who breach these terms, without prior notice where circumstances require.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by written correspondence. We will respond to such correspondence within 10 business days.
Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre before pursuing litigation.

- Waiver — failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it subsequently
- Assignment — you may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent
